Elevate Research Group, doing business as Elevate Dispensaries, operates licensed medical marijuana dispensaries in Yukon and Bethany, Oklahoma, under OMMA licenses DAAA-N1HA-3MIB and DAAA-0GEA-CYHP respectively. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our locations, use our website (ElevateOK.com), or interact with us online.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• At point of sale: Your Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) patient or caregiver card number, expiration date, and name as required by Oklahoma law and OMMA regulations. This is mandatory for all transactions.
• For our rewards program: Name, phone number, and purchase history to track and apply COVA Rewards points.
• Website visitors: Browser type, pages visited, time on site, and general location data through standard web analytics. We do not use invasive tracking.
• Communications: If you contact us by email or phone, we retain the contents of that communication.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To complete your purchase and comply with OMMA seed-to-sale tracking requirements via Metrc
• To operate and credit your COVA Rewards account
• To contact you about your order or account if needed
• To improve our website and in-store experience through aggregate analytics
• To comply with Oklahoma state law, OMMA regulations, and any lawful regulatory request

4. OMMA Compliance & Metrc Reporting

As licensed Oklahoma medical marijuana retailers, we are legally required to report all transactions to the state's seed-to-sale tracking system (Metrc). Your OMMA license number is submitted with every transaction as required by law. We have no discretion to opt out of this requirement. Your information submitted to Metrc is governed by Oklahoma state law and OMMA regulations.

5. Information We Do Not Sell

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We are not an advertising-supported business. Your purchase history and patient information stay with Elevate Dispensaries and are only shared as required by law or to operate our rewards program.

6. Data Retention

We retain transaction records as required by OMMA regulations (currently a minimum of three years). Rewards program data is retained for the life of your account plus one year after last activity. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

Our physical locations are secured by ADT alarm systems and Stronghold Protection Group for cannabis transport. Digital records are stored using industry-standard security practices. Our point-of-sale system (COVA) maintains its own security certifications. No system is 100% secure; if you have security concerns, contact us directly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of non-legally-required information
• Opt out of any marketing communications

9. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website uses a session cookie solely to remember your age verification for the duration of your browser session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If you use the Weedmaps ordering platform via links on our site, Weedmaps' own privacy policy applies to that interaction.

10. Minors

Our dispensary services are exclusively for registered Oklahoma medical marijuana patients and caregivers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
