Physical Location Accessibility
Accessible Entrance
Both Yukon and Bethany locations have accessible entrances with no steps at the primary patient entry point.
Accessible Parking
Designated ADA-compliant accessible parking spaces are available at both locations, close to the entrance.
Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is available at both locations for patients who prefer not to enter the store. Call ahead to arrange.
Staff Assistance
Our budtenders are trained to assist patients with disabilities. Please ask any staff member for accommodation.
Accessible Checkout
Our COVA point-of-sale system supports accessible checkout. ATM access is available at both locations.
Phone Orders
Patients may call ahead to arrange their order before arrival to minimize wait time at the counter.
Website Accessibility
We are committed to making our website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our current efforts include:
- Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy
- All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards for body text
- All images include descriptive alt text
- SVG logo elements include aria-label attributes
- Animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query — the live background animation is disabled for users who have enabled reduced motion in their device settings - Age gate and all interactive forms are screen reader compatible
- Mobile-responsive design that works with device accessibility features including text zoom up to 200%
Known Limitations
We are a small independent operator and acknowledge that our website accessibility is an ongoing effort. Known areas we are working to improve:
- Third-party Weedmaps ordering platform — we link to Weedmaps for online ordering, but do not control that platform's accessibility. Weedmaps maintains its own accessibility statement.
- Some deal card emoji icons do not have individual alt text — this is on our improvement list
Caregiver & Patient Assistance
Oklahoma OMMA regulations allow registered caregivers to purchase on behalf of patients. If you are a caregiver assisting a patient with a disability, our staff is trained to work with caregiver cards and can assist in making the process as smooth as possible.
